Clear Speech and Confident Communication

Support for Speech, Communication, and Underlying Function

I am an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and qualified Orofacial Myologist who works with children experiencing:

  • Unclear speech or difficulty with certain sounds

  • Delayed language development

  • Stuttering or disrupted fluency

  • Communication differences related to autism

  • Eating, chewing, or swallowing challenges

  • Mouth breathing or oral habits

Rather than focusing on speech alone, I also look at how the muscles of the mouth, tongue, and face are working—because these can play a key role in communication, breathing, and everyday function.

Looking Beyond Speech Sounds

By addressing both communication skills and the underlying muscle patterns that support them, therapy becomes more effective and lasting.

This whole-person approach can support:

  • Clearer, more consistent speech

  • Improved breathing and oral posture

  • More confident communication

  • Better long-term outcomes
